How you can join us
Registration is required in order to become beneficiary of the Service center.
In order to become user of our services you need to complete registration.
Registration form is filled out with the help of our staff. All services are FREE OF CHARGE.
Registration can be filled in at any Service center:
- “Dajte nam šansu 1” at the address Trg Međunarodnog prijateljstva 8, Alipašino polje, municipality Novi Grad, Sarajevo or
- “Dajte nam šansu 2” at the address Obala Kulina Bana 28, municipality Stari Grad, Sarajevo
- Prepare all medical documentation of the family member with disability…
In case you are not able to come to our offices, all you need to do is call us and our Mobile team will come to your address. To complete the registration form you need to bring all the relevant medical documentation, disability decision, except when suspicion of disability or development problem has just occurred.
